GALOLEAFI is the project of Samara Alofa, a child of Te Moananui-a-Kiwa. Samara explores the interzone of Mythical Ambient Sea Siren, Queer Club Fantasy, Sexy Lesbian Librarian and Brown Boi Bullshit. Their debut album Earth Punk [Kuini Qontrol] is a world-building effort, a soundtrack to decolonising the self, and a guide to communicating with the unseen realms. Their performance at Beacon will channel the beautiful, dark, and spiritual essence of night life.
